Synopsis
Prof. Dr. Ir. Murdijati Gardjito is an academic, writer, and female thinker in the field of food technology and gastronomy who has conducted research on traditional Indonesian culinary delicacies. Until the age of 81, in the midst of limited vision and hearing loss, she never gave up in working and sharing knowledge. She believes that Indonesian food is a world heritage full of meaning and a reflection of the nation’s character. Her belief is expressed in one of her books, Pusaka Cita Rasa Indonesia (2023).

Hindra is an artist based in Yogyakarta. She is the initiator and founder of BIOSCIL (Bioskop Kecil), an initiative that focuses on literacy through film for elementary school children. Hindra started her artistic journey by working and actively involved in performing arts at Teater Garasi (2001-2011). She became interested in various art mediums that could be utilized as storytelling practices. Her first fiction film, Rumah Bitha (2020), is featured on GoPlay Indonesia channel. Her photography work, Memori Pandemi, is published both regionally and nationally.
