She Taking Care of Me

Synopsis
A personal attempt to rediscover the meaning of home through a relationship with an older sister, Nabila. This search begins with Nabila’s body, shaped by scoliosis, formed not only by physical conditions, but also influenced by the emotional weight of our hometown, Palu. Trauma and inner conflict, especially following the 2018 disaster, slowly accumulate and settle within the body. Through intimate conversations, portraits of post-disaster spaces, and an exploration of the fragility of analog materials, the film presents the body as a vessel of memory and experience.
