Synopsis

Merah Jemang is a village in Atu Lintang, Central Aceh. This village is a transmigration area that was established in 1997. After years of living in the village, the transmigrants eventually got tired of utilizing what was available with disproportionate results. They then looked for side jobs to cover their needs, which then forced them to pave new land in the forest.
