Synopsis

Students from Giovanni Catholic High School, Kupang, traveled to Sabu Island to find information about the nose-kissing custom known as henge’dho for their school paper. The lack of information and sources was a challenge for them to face.

Sesilia Y. Y. Klaran
Sesilia is a current student at Giovanni Catholic High School and is currently completing her study. She attended the 2023 student filmmaking workshop organized by Komunitas Film Kupang.

Producer

Benyamin M. H. Nggili
Graduating from art, drama, dance and music studies, Nggili joined Komunitas Film Kupang (KFK) as a film worker. He is often involved in film productions with KFK in several positions as a sound recordist, music director, and artistic assistant.
Emilianus U. K. Patar
Emilianus U. K. Patar, also known as Ken Patar, is a Sumba-born filmmaker based in Kupang who has been writing, directing, and producing short films in East Nusa Tenggara since 2018. He is actively involved with Komunitas Film Kupang and Flobamora Film Festival. Together with his friends he founded Beginner, an independent film production house to support local independent cinema.
