SongSong (Park Seong-jin, Kim Eun-yeong)
Park Seong-jin/Kim Eun-young began their filmmaking journey with a documentary that explores the delicate relationship between nature and humanity. Taking full charge of directing, cinematography, and sound, he aims to create films grounded in authenticity and on-site presence.
Through the camera, they capture the subtle movements of nature and the stories they hold, raising social and philosophical questions about how humans engage with the natural world. Their work seeks to quietly but deeply amplify the voices of living beings within nature, with a strong emphasis on respect and careful observation.
Recently, they have focused on the “value of freedom” found in vultures living both in nature and urban spaces. Ulsan Vulture (2025) is their first documentary film, marking The beginning of his journey as a documentary filmmaker. They hope to continue telling more stories through future works that explore the intersection of nature, life, and coexistence.
