The Summer of Arte

About one day in the summer at the Arte Piazza Bibai is a sculpture park in the mountains in Hokkaido, Japan. Bibai, once one of the largest coal mining cities, has been suffering from critical depopulation. The project of art plaza was initiated in order to revitalize the town with arts and cultural promotion.
