Synopsis
When protests broke out in Communist Poland in late 1970, a crisis team gathered in Warsaw. Soon after the militia made use of their batons. Shots were fired. Through archival recordings and animations, viewers are able to observe various power mechanisms. The film 1970 is a story about a rebellion that is told from the perspective of the oppressors.
