FFD is opening the film submission from all around the globe for its 24th edition. There are five categories you can choose to submit your film, including International Feature-Length Competition, Indonesia Feature-Length Competition, Short Competition, Student Competition, and Noncompetition. All categories are open for submission until July 20, 2025 at 23.59 WIB (UTC+7).
Informasi umum mengenai syarat dan ketentuan kategori pendaftaran program antara lain:
International Feature-Length Competition
Films over 40 minutes completed in 2023-2025. The producer and director are non-Indonesian citizens.
Indonesia Feature-Length Competition
Films over 40 minutes completed in 2023-2025. The producer and/or director is an Indonesian citizen.
Short Competition
Films are up to 40 minutes completed in 2024-2025. Open to all filmmakers without citizenship restriction.
Student Competition
Films of all lengths completed in 2024-2025. Produced by Indonesian students.
Noncompetition Program
The noncompetition program is designed as an attempt to discover documentary cinema developments in various aspects, including the diversity of language, issues, approaches, and technology. The category is eligible for films of all lengths completed in 2023–2025.
FFD does not charge a registration fee for all submitted films. You can submit your film and learn more about terms and conditions about the submission by creating an account or log in to your registered account. We will be waiting for your film!
