Laboratory No. 2

Edris Abdi (born 1984, Marivan, Iranian Kurdistan). He graduated in filmmaking and film editing major from Tehran University of Applied Sciences and Technology. Abdi has been a sound recorder and designer for more than 40 short films. As a writer and director, he produced several films including The Sperm, Thirst Flight, and Laboratory No. 2. Abdi has written more than 20 articles about cinema on websites and newspapers.

Awara Omar Saeed, born in 1986 in Sulaimani, graduated from the College of Arts, Department of Filmmaking, Sulaimani University in 2021, worked as a director of cinematography in seven short films. He has written two short films Hidden Pages and Red Room. He has worked on two documentaries, one of which is Laboratory No. 2, with director Idris Abdi, who wrote and directed it together. He has won four international awards and participated in 11 domestic and international festivals.
