Synopsis
Koesroyo: The Last Man Standing (2024) is a documentary about the life and musical journey of Koesroyo Koeswoyo or better known as Yok Koeswoyo. It tells the story of Yok’s life as a child of aristocratic descent from Tuban who was actually forbidden by his father to play music. Instead, he formed a band with his brothers until they became one of the iconic Indonesian bands called Koes Plus, which was once a state intelligence officer in the Old and New Order regime.

One of her works is Membicarakan Kejujuran Diana (2021), which won the Best Short Film award at Piala Maya 2021 and the Jury’s Choice Award for Short Film at FFI 2021. Her latest work as a director is the documentary Koesroyo: The Last Man Standing (2024).
