Synopsis
A group of figurines from the Musée de l’Armée in Paris join Napoleon during his expedition in Egypt. The film explores political issues related to militarism and colonization, challenging traditional historical narratives.

Amir is an Egyptian artist and filmmaker based between Paris and Alexandria. He works with painting, film, and contemporary arts to explore post-colonial histories, religion, and media through kinetic objects and film. His works have shown at Visions du Réel, Ars Electronica, and international venues.
