The Festival Film Dokumenter 2025 will take place from November 21–28, 2025. This year, we will come to four different venues: Langgeng Art Foundation, Pascasarjana ISI Yogyakarta, Kedai Kebun Forum, and Cemeti-Institute for Art and Society.

All programs presented by Festival Film Dokumenter are FREE. You only need to:

1. Register and create your account here.
2. After registering, book your ticket by clicking on the page of the film you want to watch.
3. Once you’ve opened the film page, click the “Book Ticket” button, which will lead you to a booking form.
4. Fill out the form. After completing it, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please make sure to use an active email address!
5. Enjoy the screening!☺️🫶

All screenings at the Festival Film Dokumenter (FFD) 2025 are free and open to the public. To ensure a smooth and fair booking process, all ticket reservations are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Account

• Visitors are encouraged to create an account and log in before booking, although this is not mandatory.
• Each email address may only be used for one ticket per screening slot. The system will automatically reject duplicate bookings using the same email for the same slot.

Availability & Reservation Process

• Ticket reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to slot availability.
• Early booking is strongly recommended to secure your preferred screening session.

Confirmation & On-site Registration

• Once a booking is successful, attendees will receive an automated confirmation email, which serves as the official proof of reservation.
• Attendees must present the confirmation email to the front desk staff upon registration at the venue.

Attendance & Entry Policy

• Please arrive on time before the screening begins.
• If registration is not completed by the time the screening starts, the organizer reserves the right to release the seat to another guest.
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the name and email used during booking.

Data & Communication Policy

By booking, attendees consent to the use of their personal data (name and email) by Forum Film Dokumenter for administrative purposes, ticket confirmation, and communications related to FFD 2025.

Schedule & Terms Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, or terms if necessary, with/without prior notice provided via the official FFD website/social media or registered email.

There are several rules that you need to follow in order to keep everything runs smoothly and comfortable for anyone to enjoy.

1. Before watching film, please register first here and book the film you want to watch on its film page.
2. When the screening starts, please stay on your seat.
3. Some of FFD 2025 films contains explicit and/or uncomfortable content. Viewer discretion advised. Please be mindful of the film rating attached.

All films being screened are available in English subtitles.

We kindly ask visitors not to bring food or beverages into the screening room. Drinks in reusable tumblers are allowed.
If you bring food from outside, please leave it at the storage table located next to the registration desk.

Each film has its own rating code. Please mind the rating code before you watch the film.

Yes! We provide several souvenirs & merchandise that you can found around at our venue, Langgeng Art Foundation. Just remember, our festival merchandise are limited and only be sold during the festival, so grab it fast while you can! 😉

We’re sorry, but no storage area will be available at the screening or exhibition venues. Visitors are expected to keep their personal belongings with them throughout the event. We also recommend that all attendees avoid bringing excessive items to help maintain comfort and convenience for everyone.
