“Unlock For Free” is when you buy a ticket or secure a watch for a slot. It is necessary, since a slot has a limited access of 150 accounts.
After an unlock, each account has 24 hours to start watching the film/s in a slot.
*Started on December 14th, 2020, unlock window will be less than 24 hours, depends on film/slot availability that will ended on 11 PM (GMT+7) (indicate that festival has came to an end).
A slot could be watched for a total of 4 days (4×24 hours).
Yes, you are entitled to a full access to a slot you’ve unlocked, as long as you are within the watch time. Please check the remaining watch time under the “Watch Now” button in each of the slot pages.
We don’t limit this. However, each account could only unlock a specific slot once.
If the unlock duration expires, you will not be able to watch the slot and your account will not be able to re-unlock the same slot. This also applies to watch duration. If your watch duration expires, your account will also not be able to re-unlock the same slot.
Please visit the Content Library in the screening page or click HERE to view the slot/s you’ve unlocked. Of course, you have to first log into your account.
If you use a different device, check your email (that you’ve registered for this eventive account) inbox, then click the “Watch Now” button.
