Yes, you are entitled to a full access to a slot you’ve unlocked, as long as you are within the watch time. Please check the remaining watch time under the “Watch Now” button in each of the slot pages.

We don’t limit this. However, each account could only unlock a specific slot once.

If the unlock duration expires, you will not be able to watch the slot and your account will not be able to re-unlock the same slot. This also applies to watch duration. If your watch duration expires, your account will also not be able to re-unlock the same slot.

  1. Problem on Internet Connection
We are using ‘adaptive bitrate streaming’ which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust to your internet speed. If you have a slow or unstable connection, try to shorten the distance to your router or find a better and more stable connection.
  2. Problem on Viewing Location
Please make sure you are using VPN when opening a film page so that your location is read correctly. Or, try to reroute your internet connection to a different router or Wi-Fi.
  3. Problem on Account and Access
Are you accessing the site using the correct account? Check your login status in the top right windows of the screening page. After you login, you will see a circle with your account’s initials.
If you’re not logged in, you will see the word “Login” in the top right windows. Click “Login” and enter your account data. Or, you can also log through the pop-up message that appears after you click the “Unlock Now” button in the screening page.
  4. Problem of Screen
If you’re using an external screen, try to reconnect the plug. If it is still not working, it’s possible that your screen isn’t equipped with a system that allows for a secure viewing.
Another common possibility is the browser you’re using. For Mac users using Safari, you can try to switch to Google Chrome or Opera for browser.
If you’re using a smartphone/table, let the film play for about 15 seconds.
